Shipment times

Orders are delivered between 1-3 working days from the order being placed. This may vary during peak times or for very large trade orders. 

You should receive an email with tracking information. If your order has not been delivered within 5 working days, please get in touch with orders@whiteboxdrinks.com

Shipment Costs

Standard Shipping: £4.50 per order. FREE DELIVERY for orders over £40.

Trade Shipping: FREE DELIVERY for orders over £96 excl VAT , otherwise shipping is £4.50 (excl VAT)

Put in the wrong address?

Please email orders@whiteboxdrinks.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee we will be able to change it if your delivery has already been booked in but we will do our best.
